Lodge a Complaint

We take consumer rights protection seriously and continually make efforts to guard you against marketplace abuses and anti-competitive conduct.  The service providers are under obligation to resolve any valid issues you may face while using their services. However, if you are unable to reach an acceptable solution to your complaint, you can freely approach CRA and we will assist you in finding a mutually acceptable resolution.
