Quality of Service
The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is mandated to setting rules and criteria for Quality of Service (QoS), as well as procedures for monitoring and compliance of QoS criteria. Through this independent audit CRA strives to safeguard the interests of telecoms consumers in Qatar.
Other key purpose of conducting the audit is to evaluate and benchmark quality levels offered by Mobile Network Operators, Ooredoo and Vodafone, in the state of Qatar. The independent study assesses the end-user perspective and does not represent any views of the CRA. The audit consists of two reports:
