Harmful Interference Complaints
Under the Telecommunications Law and its Executive By-Law, CRA is mandated to monitor compliance of spectrum licensees, to manage the interference disputes and to take necessary compliance & enforcement actions. Spectrum Management Department of CRA is responsible for managing harmful interference complaints.
Licensees affected from harmful interference can submit a complaint to the CRA for protection of their assigned radio frequency / band. In such cases, CRA will investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to mitigate the interference. CRA may also direct the licensee to take such actions as may be necessary to resolve harmful interference.
