The Order sets the Wholesale Charges to be applied by Ooredoo and Vodafone for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Wholesale Charges have been set for terminating calls and messages on Ooredoo and Vodafone Networks, for interconnection and transmission links offered by Ooredoo and for access to ducts of Ooredoo.

They supersede the Wholesale Charges currently agreed among the Service Providers. Further, Ooredoo and Vodafone shall include these charges in their Wholesale Reference Offers.

The Economic Analysis includes the methodology applied by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) to set the Wholesale Charges, along with the consultation documents, the responses of the SPs to the consultations and CRA’s response documents.
