It’s expected that most of the businesses in the world may have challenges while working from home during this global crisis. The CRA as regulator for the ICT sector gives the opportunity for the businesses in Qatar to inform the CRA about Information and Communications Technology (ICT) related challenges that they might have faced during the COVID-19 crisis.

This matter is important for the CRA as a regulator, and helps in detecting the challenges, in order to take it into consideration and develop future solutions, and perhaps to develop regulations to support these required solutions.

Please feel free to reach the CRA on staysafe@cra.gov.qa explaining your ICT challenges that you might
face so we can take it into our consideration.
