The communications Regulatory Authority CRA is keen to conduct periodic survey studies aiming to raising the quality of telecommunications services in the State of Qatar and promoting sustainable competition, which contributes to creating a fair competitive environment and improves the consumer experience by encouraging the offering of innovative and high-quality services.
The Authority began the first survey for business customers in in 2015, to measure their satisfaction with the services provided to them by
telecommunications service providers.
It was followed by this study, which was conducted in 2019 assign to independent Agency on behalf of CRA to conduct an exploratory study to understand the experience of customers from the business sector and their views on the broad services provided to them.
This study provides the communications Regulatory Authority with the work necessary to set policies and intensify awareness activities to ensure the improvement and upgrading of the quality of services within the telecommunications sector in the State of Qatar.
