The App allows users to:

 

  • File complaints or inquiries about Telecom Services, Spectrum, and Domain services.
  • Receive updates and follow up on complaints & inquiries.
  • Access the e-Spectrum Services Portal to request Spectrum and licensing services.
  • Access user guides and FAQs for information.

The Users can get on the App (Arsel) Guidance and updated information on CRA’s services. 

 

“Arsel” App is a user-friendly mobile application, integrated with the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq”.
