RIPE NCC
RIPE NCC is a non-profit organization responsible for providing technical support for internet infrastructure, through technical cooperation with a network of members spread across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. The organization serves as the regional internet registry, and its main role is to provide international internet resources and related services, such as IPv4 and IPv6 and Autonomous System Numbers, to members in the regions it serves.
