The purpose of this document is to:
- Summarize the review of the responses received to the public consultation on the “Instruction on the Setting of Quality of Service (QoS) parameters and the methodology for the assessment of coverage” (July 22 to September 15, 2013);
- Provide the response of the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) to the key comments received from the stakeholders.
