This document is a draft code on Advertising, Marketing and Branding for telecommunications service providers and their distributers. The draft code includes new updates to an existing guideline code that issued in December 2010 .
The document contains special rules for the behavior of service providers in respect to advertising and marketing communications services to the public.
The purpose of the code is to provide ideal procedures to meet the expectations of consumers, by providing standards for the benefit of consumers and achieve higher levels of consumer confidence in the telecommunications sector.
