The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) launches a public consultation for the draft Regulation of Postal Quality of Service Obligations for the Postal Sector.
One of the CRA’s general objectives for regulation of the Postal Sector is to set QoS standards and monitor compliance. A QoS regime is important to support of Qatar’s ongoing economic and social development.
