The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is celebrating World Consumer Rights Day (WCRD) and using the occasion to engage with telecom consumers in Qatar. The aim of the WCRD campaign is to spread awareness about their rights and responsibilities to help consumers make informed decisions.
This year, CRA has planned an outreach event on March 17 and 18 at Villaggio Mall at entrance no 4. CRA Consumer Affairs team will be on hand to help visitors better understand their rights and responsibilities as telecom consumers and to find out how CRA can help address any concerns about their service providers. Visitors will also be able to lodge telecom complaints against their service providers onsite.
