The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has launched a public consultation on "CRA Reference Offer for Access to Submarine Cable Landing Station (SCLS) International Connectivity (ROA for SCLS) Services" and invites stakeholders and concerned parties to provide their views and comments.
The purpose of this consultation is to present the findings of the assessment carried out by CRA on access to international connectivity through SCLSs and to consult on the proposed ROA for SCLS that will be required from all licensed owners of SCLS that provide access to international connectivity services.
Comments should be submitted by email no later than July 31, 2024 to raconsultation@cra.gov.qa in format provided in the Annex of the Consultation document.
