Registering a Domain:

• For domains under zones: .gov.qa, .mil.qa, .edu.qa, .sch.qa, and .org.qa
• It is dedicated only for the governmental entities, education institutions, schools and official organizations located in the State of Qatar.
• The entity or its representative has to contact CRA at domainsupport@cra.gov.qa for the requirements and the process.
• For domains under zones: .qa, .com.qa, .net.qa, .name.qa and قطر. Please get in touch with one of CRA’s Accredited Registrars.
• To check domain name availability, you can visit CRA’s Whoischeck service at the link. 
• To check the registration information of a registered domain, you can visit the CRA Whois service at the link.

.com.qa	For companies and businesses registered in the State of Qatar
.net.qa	For Information Communication Technology (ICT) companies and service providers registered in the State of Qatar
