Class License for Short Range Devices - Version 4

Version No. (1) of the Class License for Short Range Devices (SRDs) was issued in May 2010 followed by two updates with Version No. (3) now in force, which specified the harmonized standards to be used for SRDs.

Therefore, to cope with recent technological developments, and to follow the resolutions and recommendations of World Radiocommunication Conference 2019 (WRC-19), the Communications Regulatory Authority has decided to modify the current version of the Class License for short range devices on April 22, 2021 to include additional applications of radio-communication devices.
