The Communications Regulatory Authority launches public consultation on the Communications Consumer Protection Policy &Regulation.
These documents set out the rights and obligations of the licensed Service Providers and their subsidiaries related to consumer protection in the communication sector from one side and the rights and obligations of the consumers from another while taking into consideration the fast pace of technological development of the sector.
All stakeholders and interested parties are invited to review these documents and submit their feedback and comments by email to (CCPR@cra.gov.qa) by no later than November 18, 2021.
