This report presents the findings of a survey conducted by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) under the title Consumers’ Satisfaction with Telecom Service Providers’ Complaint Process.

The survey was carried out in both Arabic and English through CRA’s social media channels between May 4 and May 22, 2025. The participants provided valuable insights that will support CRA in its ongoing efforts to protect consumer rights and enhance service standards.
