The Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology, ictQATAR, today launched a public consultation on Qatar’s Radio Spectrum Licensing Framework. This is the Application Form document.
ictQATAR has developed a Radio Spectrum Licensing framework to define and clarify the regulations for the licensing of spectrum for all services which currently use spectrum in Qatar, to provide guidelines which will assist applicants for spectrum licenses and to reduce the administrative burden for applicants and for ictQATAR in the management of spectrum and the licensing process.
