We take consumer rights protection seriously and continually make efforts to guard you against marketplace abuses and anti-competitive conduct.  The service providers are under obligation to resolve any valid issues you may face while using their services. However, if you are unable to reach an acceptable solution to your complaint, you can freely approach CRA and we will assist you in finding a mutually acceptable resolution. When you approach us, we will investigate your complaint and promptly work to resolve them.

Note: Once you have lodged a complaint, the Consumer & Government Affairs team will investigate your complaint – sometimes we may even ask you to provide more details and information to better understand your situation. With your consent, we may disclose your identity and the details of your complaint to the service provider, and work with them to resolve your issue.  We will keep you informed as the investigation continues and notify you of the outcome.
