Consultation document on draft QoS Policy and Regulatory Framework Annex 4

This document summarizes the impact assessment analysis of the likely effect of a new Quality of Service (QoS) Regulatory Framework. Such an analysis should help identifying regulatory options  and establish whether the proposed new regulation is likely to have the desired impact.

This document analyses the impact of regulatory options on different stakeholders. The estimated costs and benefits of the different regulatory options are assessed for each type of stakeholder namely, Service Providers, consumers, and Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA).
