The document on this page specifies the relationship between Ooredoo and the Other Licensed Operators (OLO) while Ooredoo provides Passive Infrastructure Sharing Services to OLOs as per the specifications in this agreement.
Ooredoo shall provide Passive Infrastructure Sharing for the OLO’s Public Telecommunications Network. As per the agreement, OLO acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding the grant of the Right of Use of a Passive Infrastructure Sharing or any other provision of this Agreement, Ooredoo retains ownership of, and rights of use in, the underlying Passive Infrastructure Sharing of the Ooredoo Network, including Duct Access, Dark Fiber and Collocation.
