This document is ictQATAR's final authorization on additional entities i.e. Private Network Class Licensees and other entities that may be authorized by ictQATAR (now CRA) as qualifying persons under the Qnbn License. The authorization was issued pursuant to Article 4(1) of the Telecommunications Law 34 of 2006.
