Responses to public consultation on the “Instruction on the Setting of QoS parameters and the methodology for the assessment of coverage”

On July 22, 2013, the Regulatory Authority of the then Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology (ictQATAR) launched a public consultation on the draft “Instruction on the Setting of Quality of Service (QoS) parameters and the methodology for the assessment of coverage” and requested written comments from interested parties.

Three responses were received from the following parties:

1. Ooredoo
2. Qnbn
3. Vodafone Qatar

As part of the consultation process and in the interest of transparency and public accountability, the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is publishing this document which contains all the responses received.
