ictQATAR conducted a first consultation concerning a proposed licensing framework. This enabled ictQATAR to share with stakeholders its proposals and receive valuable feedback and other perspectives. The responses to the consultation were, overall, useful as it became evident that there were misunderstandings and some elaboration and clarifications were needed. Accordingly, ictQATAR is issuing this second consultation document on the proposed revised Licensing Framework which also includes draft Resale Class License and draft Private Network Class License. All interested parties are invited to submit comments on this revised consultation document.
