CRA Awards First Postal License, Marking a Transformative Step for Qatar’s Postal Sector
The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has officially granted the first postal license under the Law Regulating Postal Services (No. 15 of 2023) to Qatar Postal Services Company (Q.P.S.C). This milestone marks a pivotal step in modernizing Qatar’s postal sector through introducing competition, and contribution to the development of local economy in alignment with CRA Strategy and the Qatar National Vision 2030.

The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has launched a public consultation on "CRA Reference Offer for Access to Submarine Cable Landing Station (SCLS) International Connectivity (ROA for SCLS) Services".and invites stakeholders and concerned parties to provide their views and comments.

CRA Issues a Telecommunications License to Starlink Satellite Qatar
The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) issued today an Individual License for the Provision of Public Satellite Telecommunications Networks and Services to Starlink Satellite Qatar W.L.L.. This follows the decision of His Excellency Mohammed bin Ali Al-Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
Starlink Satellite Qatar has recently been established in Qatar by the leading international company SpaceX.
