The President of the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) issued a Decision on the Regulation for Offer of Access to Submarine Cable Landing Station (SCLS) International Connectivity Services, which mandates Service Providers to prepare offers of Access to SCLS within the timeframes and mandatory requirements set out in the Regulation. 

The regulation is accompanied by relevant Guidelines that provide a recommended template for the SCLS access providers that need to submit the offer for CRA approval.

These documents are finalized after two rounds of public consultation and CRA is publishing the summary of industry response to the second public consultation, which feedback informed the finalization of the Regulation and Guidelines.
