1- Confirm that your domain is available (Follow instructions in step 1)
2- Fill out the form at link  and make sure it signed stamped and dated 
3- Prepare all the inquiries
4- Send to the email domainsupport@cra.gov.qa
5- Will answer you within 1 to 2 days
