Consultation on Reference Offers for Access and Interconnection Services

Reference Offers will form the basis for a fair and non-discriminative environment for existing and future operators when interconnecting or seeking access from Ooredoo’s network

ictQATAR is currently working on the introduction of Reference Offers for selected Access and Interconnection services. These Reference Offers will help to establish a basis for a fair and non-discriminative environment for existing and future alternative operators when interconnecting with Ooredoo’s network or seeking access from Ooredoo’s network.

The development of Ooredoo’s Reference Offers will be in two consecutive steps:

  1. Main bodies of Reference Offers and Regulatory Guideline Document
  2. Annexes of the Reference Offers
